I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and the owner of Hearts & Badges Family Counseling. As the wife of a First Responder and a therapist with experience in forensic settings, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to the work I do. My passion for serving others is sincere and deeply rooted in understanding the unique stressors faced by first responders, their families, and those navigating complex systems. I believe in providing culturally competent, compassionate care tailored to each individual’s story and lived experience. Above all, I believe that every heart deserves the opportunity to heal.
